It is interesting ....
The founders own almost 60% of the shares and there is perhaps another 10-15% in the hands of instos. The founders have not been buying or selling. Since 30 June some 23.3 million shares have been churned which is over 50% of the available (non founder held) stock and on most days we see a heap of BOT transactions for anywhere between 1 and 5 shares.
Today there were 2825 trades and of those
- 540 were for 1 share
- 304 were for 2 shares
- 239 were for 3 shares
- 1245 were for between 4 and 25 shares
- only 121 were for 100 shares or more
Excluding the two special crossings there were 2823 trades for just 72,000 volume or an average trade of 25 shares.
I have been watching closely and this is typical of trading in PME.
As I understand it, retail holders don't have access to BOT trading and there have been no substantial shareholder notices this financial year to date so I guess it is not a major holder accumulating. I would love to know who is churning those shares......
Given the success of the Co in USA selling software as a service I can imagine a global IT Co taking an interest or potentially making a takeover bid (obviously that could only happen by agreement with Sam and Anthony)
