    Most of my profits this financial year were made in the first half, the second half since January has been a churning exercise.

    Goldies have been particularily unrewarding unless you trade the swings, which is easier said than done, as the swings are short lived.

    Sold the rest of ADU this morning, also offloaded RSG & AQD which i recently entered.

    Only gold holding is overweight KGD and a small spec position in IVG.
