I spoke to the MD a few weeks back and he said the financing was NOT going to be debt, not a JV , but rather equity and "he hoped" they will raise at higher rates than previously, so perhaps Chairman and MD need to have a coffee, unless by financing the chairman is also referring to equity and it is you that is putting your won incorrect interpretation that it will be debt
