As I've said in previous post - credit to management getting the sp to where it is at, and there is a chance they will pull it off and sell the company like Hitwise (even without profitability).
Issue I've got is that the buy-company price now would surely be not that much higher than current market cap. And to get enough critical mass to justify 200m+ (if REA made more than $2m per annum i would be surprised) is going to be very expensive - means more big losses and shareholder dilution.
I would be keen to hear from someone who has attended the broker pitches. What are they saying about the REA deal revenue wise and current market cap?
