Unfortunately I think we'll need to accept the reduced clarity on gross margins around these channel deals. Each will be negotiated so won't all be the same. They'll want to keep it somewhat confidential to maximise their negotiating position.
I wonder how other comparable businesses manage this. Might be worth looking to other back up providers in the US.
