The market potential is amazingly large.
600,000 users are made up of SMEs with Office 365 / email back up as well as website backups. Global market share is less than 0.5% if you take the potential for all their products.
This just means the market potential is amazingly large!
I think they'll find ways to channel / partner with other products, what about accounting cloud backups for example? Extend their reach into other areas an SME should be concerned about. I think the market is bigger than we can imagine tbh.
Whether they execute / reach their potential is another discussion, but I think for all intents and purposes the market for backups will continue to grow in number of users and also use cases.
