    Main drag on the CO is not litigation but the track record of non delivery and heavy fees.

    Despite good past opportunities for open pit ore and tailings it failed. Extracting defeat from the jaws of victory - takes a special skill.

    Treating low grade tailings with no chemicals, no disclosure of any technological approach, not mention of patents - really - the other one has jingle bells.
