Ocean energy is certainly gathering momentum.  I just found out that the European Union has a huge research fund called Horizon 2020. It has $80 billion in euro for innovative research and development projects that add to sustainability.  They are currently calling for applications and one of the funding applications is for: research into the generation of design tools for ocean energy devices and array development and deployment applications (due by May 2017).

Protean Wave Energy Limited is certainly listing at the right time as the world is beginning to realize that wave energy is the earth's most concentrated form of solar energy.
