I can hear you all say, "But BK, there'll be a consolidation after the placement so you're wrong!".

Well, you'd be wrong. Yes, the actual price will be much higher (they'll prob do a 10:1) but the value of your holding will be the same as .001 in today's market.

And.... as with most consolidations, the price falls immediately after. So you guys may be looking at your shares being worth less than .001 in today's market.

Anyway, I really do hope it turns around. Maybe having this bloke on board will bring extra funds and some real skin in the game.
