in the interview the secretary-general says that some people call it tight oil others call it shale, all the same to him all the same to me. Don't get hung up on the terminology it's the price that concerns us. Problem is OPEC can't talk with the shale oil producers because they are not State owned. They may end up talking with Russia later this month according to the interview.
Footnote for barneyw: Don't make me laugh. You picking bounces, resistance and support in the oil price. You were standing flat footed and still cheerleading DLS when I came on to this forum (after I'd sold out) and point out that the red weekly candles on the CME WTI oil futures chart were beginning to stack up and people better watch out that another fall was coming lol.
