Without prejudice ,Remember Phil Byrne . Look how many shares he was issued by the company over the time he was in charge , and how much he was paid for them when he exited the company . Add his remuneration and Superannuation and you will reach a figure that I would have thought was far too much for a manager who did not over see a successful drill hole except the participating operation with OEL , to be paid.
