If you say 9mm I am thinking it's the guys who took a cap raise in 2014. They have been a weight over the stock for 6 months. I heard they had sold half in the 20's so had about 4.5mm to sell. So 2.6mm recently and from.what I see 1.7mm today. Hopefully not much left now. They have done a good job of blunting all positive news for a while now.
