Not sure what you mean here. I bought shares at .04, so did plenty of others.
If i needed the money I could sell at only brokerage cost. Or I could claim a loss against any shares I might have bought at a higher SP.
Maybe people have tax bills or other stocks they want to buy instead. Who knows.
