A current holder sees:
"Booo down ramper, nobody cares what you have to say. You're just a troll. Broken record, nobody likes you"

A potential holder sees:
"Holy sheet, thank god he posted that information to help me make a more informed decision. I'm glad that I've heeded the advice and looked at the history of this stock to make a better judgement of what to expect from management and the company overall."

You see... If you weren't a trapped holder, you wouldn't feel so threatened by reality.
