Anything can happen I guess - perhaps this stock is a scam but you could also argue that any stock that has experienced a devastating downtrend was carrying baggage at the time. Some do present outstanding turnaround opportunities & indeed my best trading profits have come from such stocks. Happy to admit I could be proven wrong but i think there is gonna be something in this unfolding story for holders. Good luck to all
