The 2016 annual report is very interesting, no mention of 13.4 million computer costs. There are computer costs which are almost written off.
But in the computer costs column there is a $2 million cost transferred in.
Conclusion the 13.4 million computer costs is buried somewhere, goodwill development costs or even off balance sheet.
the big 4 will probably suggest write the whole lot off. Big argument between the board and the big 4. Anyway by the looks of things going to be interesting. Differently CFO issue, with the board and accounting firm open to investigation.
