And how do you think that Wise is going to give back their 50% and happy to pay costs.???

Do you know how many millions of dollars it will take for us to drag them into the Courts.??

Where is the money coming for that.??

How do you know that, if things turned bad in their way they just don't simply hand over their company which might be only a $2 shelf company registered in the BVI's, with nothing in it.??

Let me tell you that, while based IMO only, if there was any money for the taking, our Board would have taken the risk of taking them to Court because, based on what we have been told. they are liable to pay us for a lot of due money.
So, IMO, they know full well that there is nothing there, and prefer instead to come up with a deal which might entice the Chinese to give us back our 50% and walk away.

Are you honestly of the belief that the Chinese (WISE) will be happy of doing that when they can end up owning the whole lot themselves for a little more than a song and dance.??
