I would think that any joint venture partner would be kept fully informed of results/progress, even if only a minor partner. However, my guess is that both parties probably have agreed on the strategy to be adopted in announcing results publicly. I would hope that INP is doing so with the interests of its shareholders uppermost in mind!!
I agree that more info would be nice, especially for INP holders.
