It seems someone else reckons they own the coal. So you can forget that one for a few years while that mess is sorted out. Surely SXX were fully indemnified against such eventualities, but it ties up limited capital.

Past quarter shows eqities sold to fund operations.

What amazes me is how shares can be placed at 5c when the market is down to 2c!!!! Then again I am pretty dumb.
