We have a shite load of tenaments and some JV's so it is much better to flog something rather than do a CR at these levels.
Problem is that this not really a conventional way of going about it. It is like they have put an ad in the trading post or something. As long as they raise the cash it doesnt really mater but it is obvious that they havent been able to find a buyer behind the scenes.
I suppose it is a way of alerting more potential buyers.
