The AU market has 13 dispense vendors to integrate with and which I understand MDR to be integrated with all.
The UK only has 2 dispense vendors!
The announcement states PDX holds 15% US market share. I wouldn't expect 'dozens' as you state but possibly around the same number as AU.
The US pharmacy market is 10 times larger than here. MDR will be offering products and services to over 10,000 pharmacies.
Opportunities from access to the US is to slice revenue from the Billions being spent, not millions here in AU.
