We cannot equate CNX product to that of LINC. To my understanding they are quite different. Theirs is based on the old WWll method updated and modified, and ours is far superior new technology OK'd by the CSIRO. Also, correct me if I am wrong, do we not own the land where we propose to operate in the first instance? If so should not that make it a little easier with the new laws to keep the radicals at bay. The Qld Govt will fail lets hope sooner rather than later and by then CNX will have more clout with the Chinese dollars behind it.
