re: Ann: CNP - class action litigation settle... My understanding is that, since Slater and Gordon has undertaken the court case on behalf of specific plaintiffs,only those plaintiffs would be entitled to a settlement. That's why I signed up, especialy since it did not involve me in legal costs, which I definitely could not afford.That's just my opinion, so DYOR.

Apart from my own personal interest it's a good result for future shareholders, as Directors can no longer seat on a Board with very little responsibility, and sImply just wait for their fat cheques to arrive in their bank accounts. I have seen a few of those directors in my time!
