Somehow it is funny and somehow sad how you use the numbers just as you please. Sometimes it is written in stone. Like the ones appearing in the SoA. There you claim "The experts have spoken, so it must be true. The price is too low for Altona. The market is wrong, I know it better "
Now "other experts" have spoken and you rule it out as ridiculous at best.
