Quite often the first offer is the last offer. There isn't always a bidding war. This deal looks to have been negotiated and worked out beforehand, doubtful there would be a counter offer.


I had Wotif and Dart Energy taken over this year. From my memory the first offer was the only offer but yet everyone on HC thought the SP would skyrocket in bidding wars. Never did
