Thank you, Alf,... I scanned the net for the latest news on CMA, and even looked at CNI too, all the news were earlier ones, and would have been priced in already,.. Yeah, it could be due to macro events then,, but another question popped up in my head after that : why did only CMA fall if it's because of macro events like you said ? Other REITs should have fallen by the same quantum too,.. but no. Only CMA fell by this quantum,....
What is the interest coverage ratio of this counter ? And when are their debts, if there are any, expiring ? This will help us decide if rising interest rates will hit this counter or not.
