I didn't say that - someone else did. I have absolutely no idea what to to expect. I'm simply saying that earn outs are just another form of debt. I'll reserve judgement until they release their 4c and provide an update on the debt restructure. Until then, the rest is just noise and I couldn't care less about day to day sp movements and even less about the fluffy announcements that get released by the company with regular monotony.
