Who knows, there are plenty of reasons.
The company has only been operating as a combined entity for not even 6 months. We need to put things into perspective.
If i want i could sell my shares and sink this all the way to 12.5cents. Does that mean the company is performing badly? Does it mean 'the market' doesn't agree on the business model? No, it just means some holder decided to move on.
Some of you are tripping balls. Take it easy - its Friday.
I'm not saying the perceived quality of the new apps, or debt could not be a factor. However as long as the business continues to grow, profitably, then SP will move upwards and investors will be happy. The probability of this occurring in the medium term is def worth the trade in my opinion.
All in my opinion
