You are absolutely correct. Their will be no debt paid down this half until the earnout is paid off. So this insane "too much debt" argument will continue for another 3 to 6 months.

CM8 does not have too much debt. A company like Arrium has too much debt . Yet it has a much lower interest rate than CM8. Too much debt is not an absolute number it is based on your ability to pay off the debt.

I only wish the debt haters would go and do some basic financial course so they actually had some clues about what they are saying.

Most likely next week CM8 will announce a very strong result for the first quarter.

And the week after the debt wetter's will be back claiming that they have a debt problem
