Ann: CLY Secures Key Cobalt Licences Next to Bou Azzer Mine, page-52

I invested in CLY when they announced they had a project in Austria(now owned by HGM) only for them to turn around 3 months later and say they didn't have it.
This shows bad management to me.

I've been investing for over 20 years and doesn't pay to dream or hope, otherwise your just gambling.
Facts are:
No Cobalt found to West otherwise CLY would of announced it.
Mining been going on for over 90 years and no cobalt veins found in the west.
Company has history of bad deals
Heavy dilution of shares
Running out of money
Capital raising soon

I could go on.....anyway I said my piece do what it as you like.

Oh yeah surprise surprise shares are back down to pre announcement level
