re: Ann: Clough and Forge create long term st... I sold my FGE shares far too early but keep it on my watchlist. I remeber FGE flagging way back they were seeking a JV with bigger engineering partner. I posted i would drop a line to Richard Leupen CEO of UGL and draw FGE to his attention. UGL have indicated they want to expand more into WA esp with higher gas&oil exposure abilities. Last weeks interim re-iterated UGL looking for aquasitions.
I never did get around to writing that letter. UGL just announced an outstanding result and could swallow FGE in a single gulp.... AND pay $3.30!
FGE shareholders could do worse that write to UGL. Write via James Hall. He meets almost daily with R. Leupen and i guarantee your letters will reach the CEO and you'll get a reply from James.
