re: Ann: Clough and Forge create long term st... IMO if Clough end up owning 56.5% of FGE, then there is very little chance for this to be of advantage to FGE holders. FGE can become a cheap puppet of Clough. If there was a share swap there would be a much fairer leveraging of each companies skill base and true return of profits to share holders. Who knows what incentives the board of FGE were offered to accept this deal?
