what a disaster, now not much money for a scaled down admin, not much money for drilling, plans for drilling will now depend on the placement shortfall, clearly shareholders have lost faith in not taking up the rights issue, POO still reeling, OPEC seems to be taking the upper hand......out of here my fellow HC posters, may see you back sometime, if POO recovers above 60 in the short term....
