Yes, over the longer term you are correct with IOF. My comment way in the contex of one day trading.
I have been wondering why the disparity in the REIT's in terms of their current sp compared to what they got in their capital raisings over the last six months. MOF is getting close to the capital raising sp, IOF as you say has a long way to go to 80c. Others like GMG at 90c and sgp at 5.30 have a long way to go. GPT at 60c is not too far away.
Not sure if the gap is an opportunity or the market warning us to stay away from the under performing stocks. Only time will tell.
