Market over 10% discount to takeover price - ain't nobody going to give any purchaser today a free and easy 10% in <2months...
Mailouts and 'close' announcements a sign of desperation....
ADR up nearly 12%...
Hopefully Greg Perry has maintained his stance (in fact he could block it all by himself....)

I expect this bid to fail, the share price to fall back abit, then I back up the truck and watch them clip the ticket whilst all you poor buggers drive to work everyday (!) Divi at current rate = circa 4% unfranked...factor in continuing ADR upgrades, minimum purchasable valuation of 55c and expected capital gain to at least that mark, high likelihood of a second tilt and we've a winner whilst the arse continues to fall out of the wider market
