You can't buy @ .012c it's on trading halt. all you can do now is hope to buy under .25c once relisted to get a better deal than it last traded at. IMO it will relist closer to .30c. Or are you saying you have already bought at .012c ? In which case you need a relist at .25c and you didn't get on the PO at .20c. I think you are assuming it will relist at .20c the PO was at .20c but should relist around its last traded price which would be .24c
