...And we're under way at last – first focus, Queensland.

Drilling to commence on Monday at Magnum's Cloncurry East Project, where we already have two advanced resource targets – Salebury, which has an initial (2004 JORC) indicated and inferred resource of 1.3 million tonnes grading 0.9% Cu and 0.5g/t Au and Notlor, where previous exploration has outlined a zone of coherent mineralisation at similar grades to Salebury and which is also open at depth and along strike.

Though not the focus at the time, previously released drill intersections at both sites were also anomalous in Cobalt.

What'll be particularly interesting (apart from results of the metallurgical test work which'll determine the most favourable treatment options) will be the holes testing for fold repetitions of the known mineralisation at depth and along strike on both prospects.


We've had to be patient, but the MGU train is finally pulling out of the station ...and heading in my view for some very exciting climes.
