FDA
Emergo appointed to assist with FDA submission under 501(k). Once the full results of the study are produced, they will be used as part of the submission.
Distributor Agreements
The company strategy has been to target Europe first, as they already have CE mark, as well as TGA registration in Australia. The target market is 140k devices. I think they make around $1000 per device. They have distributor agreements in the following countries:
- Italy
- Australia
- Greece
- Turkey
- Germany and Switzerland
- Austria
- Saudi Arabia
R & D grant
The company should be assisted in the future with a rebate for R & D, which will provide additional capital
