I wouldn't worry too much about barefoot's view. In my experience the level of analysis is thin at best. This is his analyst, Mike Kemp's pick. Other barefoot picks have been abysmal of late and he seems to be transitioning to just general money advice to the masses. He originally recommended this a few years ago at around the current price and its only just got back here.
