Hi folks
I am a buyer this morning for a few reasons
The eps revisions are significantly les than the fall in Sp which has been driven by CEO retirement / eps short term and a stock picking newsletter that is as often wrong at is is right

Buying now you effectively by 4 cents cheaper due to dividend and once mf subscribers exit , the price is likely to stabilise.

It's not without risks but I think price more than compensates risk at this stage
