Can't make sense of this announcement as to how we benefit.
Volt will benefit from collaboration on digital analysis and compliance, and an alliance with CLH may give them greater credibility in the marketplace. (Volt Bank was issued with a restricted RADI licence on 7 May 2018, and is the first completely new start up to be licensed as retail bank entrant in the Australian market since the Australian Bank in February 1981.)
Good news for the new kid on the block, Volt. Must be worth a bit to them.
