Good analysis @JRR -- that makes a good point but also illustrates another, being the apathy amongst shareholders (only ~15% voted). If Lev had rallied up even 5% of the 85% which didn't vote, it would have been a very different outcome ... I don't think his campaign is over and the Courier Mail is reporting he has alluded to defamation court actions in the near term against directors.
