Having successfully destroyed shareholder value , why does Lev not make a takeover bid so that he can achieve all his aims . He seems to me to be so erratic in his actions - on the board then off the board then having another go - that the only way he can realize his aims is to have total control and do his best to run it .
In the meantime we all lose because of his megalomania.
