Was it? Because repcol had issues in Feb 2007. I don't think credit markets were in trouble until late 07
Which means the Repcol issues occurred when the credit was flowing nicely. And the issues actually started in December 2006, when anybody with a pulse could get a line of credit. (Says it on 2nd slide)
