Clem7 is an infrastructure project - it will take some time (say 2yrs) for it to really get into stride, further, you've got the Airport tunnel project still under construction, when the AirportLink and Clem7 are up and running the benefits will really flow....RCY a good spec for the long-term, you're paying now around 10c for something someone else coughed up the full dollar for - the project was delivered ahead of time and on/under budget!
