Amazing the number of opinions from those clearly more qualified than me to pass an opinion of the effectiveness of Clear Vue.
It's becoming a technical thread - basically Chippy just about against the world.
The deeper this gets the more it indicates that apparently no one is qualified to confirm actuals. One because there are no actuals - as yet and now doubt is being thrown on the forecasts because no one including the company have apparently done any financial forecasting.
Someone should have to understand "If you put lipstick on a pig - it's still a pig." And I'm not saying Clear Vue is a pig ... I'm saying they are selectively using some very bright PR people, turning out some magnificently constructed presentations, eloquent press and asx releases that I presume to convey that Clear Vue has a pulse - even though parts of it might be on life support.
Easily fixed.
Do a forensic feasibility study based on a contract being signed. Pretend you are convincing a purported client and you'd better be able to back it up with facts.
In the meantime the share price is staying airborne based on share traders not on results and people are beginning to see through a lot of the spin.
Too many hurdles in the path of this one.
1. Still a long way away from being able to demonstrate the right economy of scale.
2. Yes I have confirmed that the sun will always shine - that's a given but now we are being told about different angles and placement.
3. Apparently there are some other active companies also in this space but they don't seem to be beating a drum.
4. As yet no one has challenged the ip but this will happen if and when the figures make it worth it.
There must be some lawyers out there licking their lips knowing what is down the track. Fact is that current IP protection even if granted usually has a window of opportunity that basically declares all it's ideas and methods - CURRENTLY. And the window of opportunity is always reducing.
I think it's time for The Company to confirm some of the statements expressed in this thread. Who would be better to do it.
And the board with a very odd exception is comprised of academics, entrepreneurs and corporate players.
What about a declaration from Chippy and I'm assuming here is that he is some kind of quasi spokesmen because he seems to have a lot more one eyed knowledge than anyone else.
