No my opinion is they havnt factored the entire 3 sides of the outside wall as glass.
I am almost certain the 3 facades are partly windows and partly other wall materials.
The Page 26 Model says its done on a "Commercial Building"
It didnt say it was a full glass Facade of a Highrise, But hopefully today we will will find the actual sqm of glass used in the Model per floor and also the City location for the Model.
We cant debate viability without knowing this exactly,
My opinion is that about 200sqm or so of Clearvue Glass is used per level.
Even if its 300sqm it would still be viable at the numbers quoted, But I think it depends on the City as well.
