They stated the KWH gained per floor level as 3850 kwh per year per floor level.
They didnt say how much of the facade they used as glass. But they did say Glazing only.
Most places where PV glass would be used would be getting over 100w per day per sqm.
But at the 12 degrees outside location if they got 60w per day per sqm, Then they have factored the windows on 3 sides but as 1.2m high windows ,
Most likley as 900 high internal wall, then 1.2 high windows all the way around.
That means 1.2m x 50m x 3 sides = 180 sqm per level of glass.
3850 kw = 385000 watts / 180 sqm / 365 days = about 60 watts per sqm per day.
They wouldnt install it at a location that didnt get better than 50 watts per sqm per day.
Singapore would get 130w per sqm per day, and so would WA Id say.
If they used 5400sqm of glass to get 38500kwh per year it would be only 19 watts per day per sqm, so they havnt used 5400sqm for the glass area in the calculation.
They have obviously used windows and not the entire facade for the Model.
