Read page 26 of the report it says Glass only,
Not the whole facade was used for the Calcs to equate the power, just glass. And they didnt say where or how many windows they fitted.
Also page 27 shows 12 degrees outside, so may not be the sunniest part of the World in the Model.
The Tyres are not deflated,
They are pumped up race car tyres,
