I never said the ceiling hight was 2.1m, It Calcs up like they have used windows of just 1.2m high

25000sqm was the lettable space, so 50m x 50m x 10 stories is the floor space.

To figure the glass area, I can tell you for sure they havnt used all the facade, they have used just window glass, and to break it down to power per sqm of glass, they have used windows set apart with alot of sqm left on the facade.

I can tell this by equating the total kw per floor, and estimating the yield per sqm of glass, to then show they havnt used all the facade,

Also the 12 degrees on page 27, means they have used small windows and at a 12 degrees outside location for the Model.

Ive picked that up, because I know how to calculate,

In that 12 degree location they may get just 60w per day per sqm and that would show me they have used 1.2m high windows on 3 sides of the 50 x 50m footprint.

In a sunnier location they would get 130w per sqm per day like singapore, and if you look at the possibility of using all the facade the yields will be much higher.

They have thrown out a curly one and some have taken that cheese, but not me because I have a calculator and I know how to use it
